Job Description:

A Solcioty Front Desk Rockstar is responsible for knowing everything about our classes and how the studio functions in addition to meeting production goals. You should have a strong ability to multi task and be able to greet and service members in a professional, upbeat manner that is encouraging, supportive and knowledgeable.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Smiling! Welcome everyone to the Solcioty! Establish eye contact, be motivating, greet enthusiastically, and know each member’s name.
• Membership Sales- Knowledge of all sales steps, tracking, and paperwork. Ability to establish contact with potential members, book appointments, and close memberships.
• Professional appearance in uniform during work hours. Answer the telephone with daily slogan by the third ring.
• Maintain the front desk – keep it orderly, clean and well stocked. Look at it from the member’s point of view.
• Must have thorough knowledge of all programs, memberships, daily promotions, and computer software. Ability to complete all forms, registrations and paperwork accurately. Exceptional telephone skills required.
• Confirm scheduled appointments for next day and note results accordingly.
• Answer telephone professionally and complete telephone tracking for all incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments to present Solcioty class options, fitness benefits, studio layout and equipment.
• Follow up and confirm all scheduled appointments.
• Track and follow-up with all potential leads.
• Make daily telephone calls to all leads and new members.
• Obtain referrals from new members.
• Increase membership sales and assist with studio promotions to increase studio revenue.

The main responsibility of our sales representatives is to promote, generate, and enroll members in the immediate area of our studio. Using a strategic detailed daily plan, you will be tasked to secure prospective clients, who are not yet members, through business to business sales, telephone communication, attending local community events, and other guerilla marketing strategies. You must be a self-motivated, enthusiastic, goal oriented individual who enjoys being on the go, where you have the opportunity to meet new people and educate them about Solcioty.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Job Description:

 A Solcioty Producer creates a lasting impression that goes far beyond our studio doors and into the lives and homes of our members and community. Producers lead groups of up to 30 participants of varying fitness levels in predesigned workouts incorporating cardiovascular, strength, core, balance, and flexibility training. Producers immediately become Brand Ambassadors for Solcioty, representing the studio in a positive way both in and out of class time.   

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver predesigned workouts to groups of 24-30 participants.
  • Well versed in proper technique of each modality.
  • Know progressions and regressions of exercises that can be performed using each piece of equipment.
  • Knowledge of Solcioty programs and training techniques and how to effectively communicate them both in and out of class.
  • Professional appearance in studio uniform during work hours.
  • Attendance at meetings, trainings, and some promotional events is required.
  • Must have a professional and engaged social media presence.
  • Able to motivate, energize, and educate clients throughout class.
  • Build class attendance.
  • Help to retain current members.
  • Practice safety of participants in regards to heart rate responses and exercise technique.
  • When applicable, handle member concerns.
  • Assist front desk staff with studio tours for guests and new members.

Qualifications and Skills:

We look to hire group fitness instructors and personal trainers, and we prefer that our instructors have a minimum of one year experience of each.   We strongly believe that as much education as one can obtain about health and fitness and its many training styles and classes, the more successful and seasoned a Solcioty Instructor will become.

  • Producers are required to obtain and maintain a personal training or group fitness certification prior to attending a specialized Solcioty Certification Training and throughout their employment with Solcioty Fitness. Acceptable certifications are from NASM, NSCA, ACE, or ACSM. A Solcioty Training Certification must also be obtained and passed before executing a live Solcioty class.
  • Knowledge of exercise physiology, technique, and body mechanics.
  • Ability to train and oversee various fitness levels and ages
  • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise related field is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills with members and staff.
  • Ability to display confidence and positivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • CPR/AED certification
  • Ability to multi-task and be attentive before, during, and after class.

 Schedule:

Producers are part-time positions.  Number of classes taught is dependent on the current studio schedule and studio needs. All Producers must be available to teach a minimum of one Saturday and one Sunday per month. A Producer’s schedule is at discretion of Head Producer and availability of Producer.
